It was the first time I had been to Big-O tires and I didnt know what to expect as Ive had bad auto-service experience in the past with Jefferson Co., IN. I bought two new tires and wanted all the wheels to be rotated. To may dismay, the service man came to tell me that the cinder-cap on my wheel was unable to be removed beyond breaking the screw that had held it in place making my car look awful until I found time to hunt down a screw that fits the wheel at the local hardware store. I expressed my dissatisfaction and I could tell they werent happy as well, but rather than letting the situation go at that, the manager asked me to wait as he drove to the hardware store to find a perfect fit for my wheel. Within a half an hour the problem had been completely fixed. Id recommend this tire shop to any of my friends as a preferred business in Jefferson Co.

You can find the price of there tires online. Write it down on a piece of paper and stick it in your pocket. Go to the store and get a quote or ask a price for the exact same tire and they will be A LOT more. Dont believe me? Go ahead and try it

Theyre slow. Matt and Jason are the good workers. They put good effort. They wait to the last minute to pull tires. The shop people could easily pull them in while the workers work on cars.
