I love the salon and beds but the employees are rude. Every time I go in they dont welcome you and even when theyre not busy they do not say anything to you when you leave. I have been contemplating getting ahold of management and today really set it off. When I walked in the lady at the desk was on her phone and did not lower it from her face until minutes standing at the counter waiting for her to acknowledge me. After she sent me to a room I undressed put lotion on and noticed she did not set the timer and I could not start the bed so I had to get dressed and go out and ask her to start it; her and other employees just laughed about it. I never feel welcome and its like Im a burden and interrupting them. I do not have a google account so this is not under the right name.

Ive been a client of Trim A Size since 2006 and wouldnt go any place else. The staff has always welcomed me and made feel like family. The beds are clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Trim A Size for your tanning needs.
