9+ 2 Jade Fry reviewed Reflections Salon and Day Spa — Just now · I booked a bridal party of 8 people last Friday. I knew that they would not be able to accommodate all of us at once, fine, our appointment was at 11 am. They had 2 people working on all 8 of us, oops there was a 3rd girl for about an hour helping. It took till 5:30 pm for everyone to get finished, not only did it take all day but the quality of the manicures and pedicures was awful. Our nails were chipping the same day and the spa pedicure lasted maybe 30 minutes...I could have gone to jasmine nails in south lyon and had a way better experience and quality of nails and pedicures for less than half the price. Im so upset with this place and will never return nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone ever! Also there was a child with us who was supposed to get a childs mani/pedi yet she was charged full price as an adult...this place is a rip off and very bad business etiquette. The spa treatments of manicures and pedicures that they gave us we by far less then what I would have paid for other places and my nails and toes were chipping the next day let alone I had to peel off the access paint around my fingers and under them that they never cleaned up! Or the fact that one of us was a child that I set for a kids mani pedi and she was charged full price! I will never return nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone ever! Awful experience!!! So displeased....shame on the owner...

I have been going to Tracey for several years now. I had someone before her, but liked the way she cut my hair the first time I was in her chair. She always askes me how the cut worked, what I want to do this current time and where I am heading with my hair style. She has suggested cuts, colors, highlights, etc. I have also had both a manicure and a couple pedicures there...my experience was plesant and relaxing. I have used Reflections for a "girls day" for my sisters, nieces and mother and all enjoyed (massages, mani/pedi and hair cuts/colors).

This was all-around disappointing for what was meant to be a nice relaxing manicure/pedicure treat. The setup is not comparable to a spa; It is a hair salon with a small area for nail techs to work. Staff was extremely unprofessional in their conversations/personal issues being discussed in front of clients. The actual mani/pedi by the techs left much to be desired. Spa prices were charged despite the experience being similar to that of a cheap, quick, in- & out nail salon. Wouldnt go there for any salon/spa services again.

At the suggestion of a friend, I went to Reflections for the first time at their grand opening this weekend. I was very pleasantly surprised at what a great experience it was! The furnishings all look brand-new and it appears to be under new management. The staff was friendly and courteous, and seem to be very knowledgeable about recent hairstyles and different types of cuts form men (and I assume women). I will definitely go back again and next time plan on getting a massage.

I got a pedicure done here with my mom-in-law and we were both disappointed. The 1 hour service lasted 45 minutes, it felt unprofessional walking in and seeing girls just standing around talking and not greeting us, the service didnt include a small foot/calf massage like many places do, neither of us felt that our feet even felt that soft when leaving, and the next day my polish was already chipped on 2 nails! It wasnt horrible, but certainly not worth the money.

Lynda has been doing my hair for over the last 5 years now and I have never had one bad style. I love the fact that I can go into the salon and tell her to do whatever she wants and it always looks phenomenal. Reflections is def the salon to go. All of the stylists do a great job and you will always be happy with the outcome!!

My mom got me a gift card here for over $150 and I set up an appointment to get a manicure. Waited 20 minutes for the woman at the front to tell me it was going to be another 25 minutes. Then asked what would I like to do? I wouldve loved not to waist my time. Very disappointed!!!

Ive been going to Reflections ever since I moved to Michigan 5 years ago, and they have always been fabulous. They took wonderful care of myself and my bridal party when I used them on the morning of my wedding, and theyve taken just as much care every other time I have been!

I went and got my hair done for my birthday and the stylist did a great job. It also isnt very expensive, I got a cut and style for under $50.
