BEWARE!!! Rhino Shield didnt use Rhino Shield, they used acrylic paint and destroyed our property. Rhino Shield of Michigan was contracted to coat 2 decks and a steel structure. Besides damaging our property to the point that the decks needed to be replaced, we also found out they didnt even use Rhino Shield. After 16 months they still have our $2,000 deposit, will not provide their insurance information and have not paid for our damages. Instead of dealing with the damage like reputable business owners, Marc & Sheryl Mercier immediately got their attorney involved and even threatened to put a lien on our home. Attached are photos that prove this fraud and the damages to our property.

Marc Mercier’s team at Rhino Shield hit it out of the park on this job and even though we had a few problems along the way, Marc stood by his product and corrected the problem leaving us with a home that is a showstopper. Extraordinary experience from start to finish! Sales Consultant, Ross, came out and thoroughly explained the process and answered all of our questions. I was skeptical bc we have brick, aluminum & wood. Job took about 2 weeks, house looks fantastic!! Thanks to the amazing crew too!
