I just used Pinnacle House Painters to paint my home on the west side of Ann Arbor. I tried calling 5+ other painters and had to leave countless voicemails only to never get calls back. When I called Pinnacle they picked up the phone the first time and scheduled an appointment right away. Pinnacle offered to meet me after 5pm on a weekday so I didnt have to take off work to get an estimate which was great. After a pleasant and professional conversation about what I wanted painted Pinnacle called me back a few days later with a quote. The quote included an image of another home in my neighborhood whose look I was trying to mimic. This image gave me a lot of confidence in the work Pinnacle was going to perform and that we were on the same page in terms of what color I wanted each piece of trim. After we agreed on a color scheme and a price Pinnacle was in constant communication about the start date and how many days the job would take once started. We had to navigate the late October weather, but Pinnacle always communicated well. In the end the paint job was completed on time and right on budget. The paint job was fast, cost-effective for me, neat and it looks great! The next time I need to have anything painted I know who my first call is going to be! I couldnt have asked for a smoother process.

I wouldnt recommend them at all. We scheduled an appointment on Saturday for Tuesday at 7:00. I told them exactly where we lived and even emailed a map previously. Also I explained that to meet at that time I would have to take off of work. 5 minutes before the appointment they called to say I was outside of their service range. I had two lose 2 hours worth of work. If they had bothered to call even a couple hours earlier I could have kept that time. This is incredibly irresponsible and completely disrespectful. Through the entire process they were very poor at getting back with us through email or phone. Also they had called a few weeks earlier to come out the same day which would have been great for us as we werent working that day, but never showed up. Later they had said they were having voicemail problems, but after the most recent blow off I really doubt it was anything else other then their incompetence.

Before putting our property on the market, we needed to have our deck stained. Not only was Pinnacle able to quickly provide a competitive quote, they made us a high priority. When time opened up, they came to power wash days earlier than anticipated, and they were similarly able to complete the stain job way ahead of the expected schedule. Now the house is ready to list, no more fretting! Many thanks to Harlan and crew for being incredibly responsive and making this project easier than I could have dreamed.

We have contracted with Pinnacle twice and been very happy with the results. They just completed what for us was a large job. Removing wall paper from our entry, hall, living room, dining room and kitchen. Part of the painting was over wood paneling and it turned out beautifully. The crew are all very nice and worked efficiently. Each evening, they vacuumed and tidied the work site. We will definitely use their service again.

Unfortunately i made an appointment with Harlan for an estimate. I came home from work early to meet him and they didnt show. It seems a bit crazy because i talked with him twice just two days ago. I did follow up with a phone call, and he did offer another time for an estimate in the middle of the workday the following week

These guys were FABULOUS. Everything from obtaining an estimate, to setting up the time to do the job, but the best was their actual work. The crew is SUPER hard working and diligent.
