Incredibly poor customer service. I had called to have a section of fence replaced. I had a number of questions regarding the process including required outside temperature to cement the posts in. The gentleman on the phone would not ask the tech and claimed he could replace the fence in any temperature (which of course was not true). I took the day off work, technician showed up an hour late and said he couldnt do anything based upon temperature and left. I will never use this company again and my recommendation is that you dont either.

I cant speak to the work. HOWEVER, the gentleman that answered the phone was rude and I will not be getting work from them for that reason. He was difficult to talk to and was uninterested in the work that I needed done. He asked me questions with a tone like I was stupid. Well.. then.. Ill be taking my stupid business somewhere else.

Whoever thought of this place is a genius. You just tell them what you need done and they schedule the correct specialist for the job. Since they were here I am planning on a few more things to get fixed or installed now that I know who to call

I agree not very courteous on the phone. They charge by the hour, $136/HR for first hour then $88 after that. Materials not included. I said well I dont know approximately how long this job would take. And he said they dont do estimates.
