I would have marked it a 6... I bought a computer for Christmas for my son. While it was supposed to do what my son wanted, it was incredibly slow. I went to OfficeMax to see if I could return it. I was there on a Sunday and the shift manager said that it was outside the 14 day return policy and that I would have to talk to the Manager. I went back the next morning and Ron, the Assistant Manager was waiting for me. He immediately told me they would do the transfer and he helped me pick out a new one. They deleted all the files from the original computer and set up the new one for me. It was almost like having Christmas twice for my son. I really appreciated the way they took care of it and did not just follow the rules but focused on the customer. I will be back and refer others to go!!

This place has poor service. Not recommended at all. Tried to order business cards which we did before in two occasions to have one service person overwhelmed with work no one to help him. Felt bad for him! No manager around on site. Not available! No one pick up phone when you call. No wonder they loosing business! They need to spend time to train their service personals before interacting and helping custermers since they are the face of the buisness.
