This place is not a barber shop, which is what you are portraying yourself as with the word barber in your name. Very nice atmosphere I mean it looks like a lodge in there and they have a pool table. Maybe this is why its $25 for a haircut. I mean I tip anyway if I get a bad haircut and then just dont come back. Fool me once shame on you tho! Lol I cant imagine the person who cut my hair had a barbers license. Attempting a bald fade seemed like rocket science to said person. They also attempted to free hand and knicked the middle of the side of my head which will grow out in a few days, but still unacceptable. Im just sitting here laughing about how I just paid $30 for a haircut that is in the top 5 worst ever. I semi fixed it with my beard trimmers, but that isnt the point. If you are charging $25 for haircuts they should be fast and a1 period. Oh and their equipment was breaking as I got my hair cut. Some of the girls that work there are smoking hot I guess that can justify a 1/5 star rating. Cant believe this place is in business...

I would say that Trim is very underwhelming. They fancy themselves as a high-end barbershop hybrid with "world class service" but they are anything but. Their services are lacking in both luxury and attention. They dont use high end products like Truefitt & Hill, and their policies are ridiculous. First, they dont take American Express--which is a card that is used by the clientele they pretend to cater to. What card do executives use? American Express. End of story. Secondly, a high-end barbershop like Truefitt & Hill (London, Toronto, Las Vegas, Chicago) offers a wide range of services like manicures and pedicures--which, admittedly, I dont receive on a regular basis, but high end barbershops around the world regularly offer. This would also be the ideal setting to receive one in, if you need to as a guy. The owner/operator comes off as an arrogant jerk and again, the experience is completely underwhelming. You can get a better hair cut at Lady Janes and a better massage at a truck stop.

Its a cool place, relaxing atmosphere, and everyone is very nice. Malorie gives a great cut with attention to detail, so Im a regular of hers now. However, I got a cut and wet shave from another gal. Cut was great, but the wet shave was another story... The water was cold, and halfway through, while my face was covered, she used a regular disposable razor... Terrible end job too, but what can you do. Overall, would recommend for a cut, but not for a shave.

this is a great place. its cool, they have large TVs you can watch while youre getting a cut. i have always been greeted warmly and never had to wait more then 5 min when i had an appointment. not to mention they do a great job with my hair.

My 3 year old son and I have been going to Trim for our haircuts for about a year. Great place, great atmosphere, toys for him, magazines and beer for me while I wait. Leah is consistent and does a great job!

Trim is a hit or miss even when I like my hair cut seams they always miss a couple hairs probably because of the lighting in there its supper dark
