I would not recommend ANY ONE take their child here unless you are ready for high blood pressure. Where do I start one day I was dropping off my child who is only a few months might I add to them. I was walking back out to my car where when I look back in there and saw an employee who is of no relation to us kissing my child on the lips. When I approach them about they LIE right to my face and say the didnt kiss her they were just putting her in their face does that even make any sense. The last straw was when my wife goes to pick our child and is bombarded with this piece of paper by an employee that she needs to sign because yall heres the kicker SHE WAS BITTEN IN THE FACE BY ANOTHER CHILD WHILE UNDER THEIR WATCH AND WE RECEIVED NO CALL FROM THE DAYCARE........ You see where I am going with this they want the money on time, which the rate is ridiculously high, but they dont want to do their jobs. Please do yourselves a favor and stay away from this place, they are high and not worth the trouble. It is best to find a home daycare where your child will have more one on one time and not be neglected because they dont want to watch your kid, but still want your money..what a joke

My husband and I are glad we found Chiltime in Dearborn for our son. We are new parents, and we reluctantly faced the reality that I had to return to work, while our child was still less than 3 months old. We did not think that we would find any day care that we would be able to live with. To our pleasant surprise, the teachers and staff are wonderful with our little boy. He loves to go there, and we take comfort knowing that he is happy. It is fun to see his little personality growing... He lights up like a Christmas tree when we tell him he is going to school, and he always smiles, laughs and reaches out for the people at Childtime that he has become familiar with. Childtime has been a blessing for our family, and certainly we have come to see them as a part of our family. We especially appreciate that parents are allowed to visit with him during the work day, and also the flexibility of the program. Mrs. Marsh (director) without a doubt loves and cares about children, as she is un-tiring and dedicated to the school. We feel that she has strong values, which we can see in the care and attention that our son is given by all.

A dedicated, caring staff, sound curriculum, excellent location, and well-kept building, make Childtime on Mecury Drive in Dearborn an outstanding child care and pre-school experience. Our children have been attending Childtime since 2008. The turnover in teachers is extremely low which is a huge plus. It means our children see the same faces year after year. The teachers and staff know our children well and love them as if they were their own. For this experience, we cannot be grateful enough. As Sarah noted, there is a specific curriculum which means our children participate in a variety of fun, learning activities which expose them to concepts and ideas that will be the foundation of their standard k-12 education.

If you are new in the area and english is not your native language, this is the best place for your kids. Here you can be sure they will be patient, kind and all smiles every time. They hear you and always solve every concern with the best attitude possible. The hole staff is amazing!!!! I really feel a very special love and gratitude for all this girls, they made my kids felt as loved as at home. One of the best memories I will always have of this daycare will be the answer of my little son to my husbands question: "What did you learn at school today buddy? and my son (2) answer was the lesson every kid should learn at school every day, "I love you!". Childcare at dearborn, highly recommended!

The Director is very rude and does not consider any feed back from parents. On many occasions, the student teacher ratio in the class was 1:12 instead of 1:4 I noticed that the teachers are busy talking out personal things rather than supervising them during playtime which actually cased an injury to my daughters face.There is no proper child proofing in the class rooms leading to lots of accidents. The Management considers this facility more like a prison with kids as inmates rather than daycare which is supposed to provide a safe environment.Most of the teachers are busy trying to do their own work rather than supervising the kids.

Childtime is a great place to leave your children when you have to work. The staff is very involved and knowledgeable. They take the time to make sure every child gets what he/she needs. They care about the children and care about their safety. They also provide a great curriculum and discipline. My daughter has learned a great deal since she started attending Childtime. I am very satisfied with the care that she is getting.

The staff here is great. We have our son in the infant room and were so thankful for his teachers as well as the consistency and professionalism at the center. There has been a change in management since some of the negative reviews were written and it seems like theyre making a lot of updates. We never had any issues with past or current staff, but if youre a parent skimming through reviews, you might want to know.

I love working here, the staff is very friendly and the parents are all super nice. I love waking up everyday and coming to work, very clean and organized daycare. :) I would enroll my kids here if I had some, and I really recommend childtime to anyone who is looking for a awesome, safe place to leave their child.

Nice and supportive teachers who extend great care, love & affection towards children. It is a great school; building is big and kept clean. The teachers are very understanding, flexible and put in their efforts to make children feel comfortable with them. I liked it and happy with the care my son received.
