It smells horrible in the place. From the outside door you can smell poop very strong. My child attended here for a 6 months and they are very unprofessional and never answer their phone. Cintha (the director) never answers phone calls or texts either. Its very small and they do not do any educational activities with the babies or toddlers. They dont give you a schedule of how the day is ran and nor your babys progress for that day. I was in a car accident and was unable to drive my daughter there full time. I dropped her down to part time until to allow family to help bring her to day care. Cintha told me that because my daughter was out for a few weeks she lost her spot. I explained my situation and we agreed to a 3 day a week schedule for my baby. Cintha never answered my calls or texts and I continued to bring my baby. One week she was sick so I kept her home (left them voicemails everyday informing them). No one ever calls me back and I was completely ignored. So the following week when I questioned them about not returning my calls or answering a staff member said that Cintha said that my baby was no longer welcomed there because they gave her spot away. Rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate

I love how caring and welcoming they are. Every morning when i drop off my kid I feel comfortable going to work because I know Cinthya and her staff are taking care of her. Once in a while my 3 year old will cry cause she doesnt want me to leave but Cinthya always convinces her and comforts her into staying without crying. I swear they spoil the kids and that is awesome!! My refrigerator is full of all the activities they do with her. They have an app were they are consistently updating with pictures and videos of what they are doing. I would highly recommend it!!

The staff at Little Steps is so caring and loving to our two boys. We have been with the director now for over 2 years. They have become a part of our family. Our boys have learned and grown so much with Little Steps. The facility is clean and engaging for our little ones. Plenty of room for them to be active and challenged at individual levels. When my two year old comes home singing the continent song, well it blew our mind.
