We went into drop of our deposit a couple weeks after receiving a call from Sunny Skies that we were on the list and that they still had an open spot for us..however upon going there they had no record of us and now didnt have any open spots. We picked them as our daycare location over a month BEFORE our daughter was due and they told us not to give them the deposit until after she was born. They supposedly had several open slots and not to worry about it. Come to find out that the Director who helped us had been recently fired!...and now were screwed into finding another daycare in a very short amount of time. We are very disappointed in the mismanagement, as we did like the location a lot when we did the initial visit. They told us that theyve had several families come in with similar stories. I cant believe this place is so poorly run!..makes you wonder about the quality of care.

Wonderful location, wonderful caring staff. Our daughter has been attending since the infant room (now in Toddlers). This was our second shot at Daycare, as the first location (a national franchise located in Troy) was a nightmare. With Sunny Skies, we cant be more pleased. The children are kept very active with LOTS of learning and sensory games. They are outside in the fresh air as much as possible. The staff keep up with the children and are very attentive to even the most paranoid and inquisitive of parents. Kids are also doing lots of art project to take home. It makes for very happy parents and grandparents. This location is always our first recommendation to new parents. The manager, Tammy, is wonderful with the kids and has an excellent philosophy regarding childcare. You wont be dissapointed with your children attending Sunny Skies.

Our son has been at this location since he was 4 months old. He started in the infant room, and the teachers there had an incredible amount of patience! He was a colicky baby who cried A LOT, yet we felt confident that he was truly loved and cared for every day. We were kept well informed of his daily activities - even the infant room has lesson plans, and the babies are kept stimulated, educated and entertained all day. He then moved into the Young Toddler room, and is currently in the Older Toddler room. All of the teachers there seem to know every student by name (even the ones not in their room), and I see lots of hugs and laughter being exchanged every day. The kids there are very happy. We are very happy with the care provided by Sunny Skies, and would recommend them.

Its hard to be a full time working mom, but the ladies at Sunny Skies make it a bit easier by providing a place where my boys feel cared for and continue to experience both intellectual and emotional growth.
