The staff was very professional and courteous when it came to the interview process. They Helped my husband and I feel very comfortable with the decision of bringing our daughter to The Learning Experience. On the second day there were multiple instances that showed a lack of professionalism and common courtesy. There was new teacher who failed to even get up and introduce herself and especially greet/welcome my daughter into her second day of class. Another teacher stood ideally by eating her pizza and watched my struggle for five minutes getting my children out the door(screaming infant and wandering toddler) who didnt even have the common courtesy to help someone. Then to make matters worse when I spoke to the person in charge I was given excuses instead of apologizes. This location of The Learning Experience did NOT provide the level of professionalism and compassion that we were seeking for our children.

This is a great daycare! My son is very happy at drop off and all of the teachers seem very loving and kind. They post pictures on a private facebook page so that all the parents can see their kids having fun, smiling, and doing different activities. What I really like is all the events that the daycare holds. A trick or treat night, a Christmas play, and there are always different ones being held. Holly and Heather are directors and they are very kind. Both of their children go to the daycare and they are both very helpful with parenting tips or any advice. I really feel secure that my children are happy and safe at TLE. Sometimes I see some of the staff when im at the store or a restaurant and they always run up to my kids and hug them :) Every night when we say night prayers my son says "Night night Tara" (one of the teachers), along with several of his classmates.

My 3 year old loves going to school he never wants to leave he loves playing with his friends!
