Kindercare John R and Troy N, and the people there, are absolutely wonderful, hands down! I joined my son at Krupalis (center director at Troy John R) center when he was 14 months old. She was absolutely amazing with everything: from being highly responsive to assuring and making sure my son was taken good care of. Ms Gauri and Ms Alicia were very proactive in their duties when it came to kids. I wouldve followed them to their new center, had it been closer to home. After we moved to the Rochester Rd Troy north center, I was pleasantly surprised that, not only is this facility one of the very best I have ever seen; but so are the people!! Maria and Ashley are extremely accommodating. As for the toddler room 2 teachers, I dont think there is anyone so warm, caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable and child friendly as Ms. Shannon. All the teachers in that class are simply amazing. They make sure every child is engaged and attend to all of them all the time. They all seem to be so well experienced and educated on how to handle such tiny kids. They are very proactive in not only teaching kids new things, but in advising parents regarding the childs behavior, or acknowledging his/her positive actions as well. Just to share one instance--the teachers here apply new tricks to the way they handle a situation. My son used to cry uncontrollably when being dropped... The teachers here just didnt try to hold and calm him, but tried a different kind of distraction each time, until they figured out that giving him a cracker to eat made a big difference!! We have discontinued the daycare temporarily as our parents are visiting us from India and want to look after Sidh for a few months... But we are definitely going back to KC, once they leave. I will actually miss them, and I know my son will miss his buddies and his teachers(especially his favorite teacher, Ms. Shannon), while he is away. All of you at KC are doing such a wonderful job with the kids, please continue providing this kind of exceptional quality care, always. Thanks for taking such good care of Sidh! He misses all of you a lot!!!

We had moved recently to Detroit and were living in Troy, so were looking for a good daycare for our both 3 1/2 and 18 months kids. The center director Ms. Maria is very warm but the staff over there in the front desk had some issues with their job, may be they were not happy or paid well or for the reasons best known to them were horrible! As a parent we were unhappy with the negative environment of the school and pulled back our kids immediately and sending them to another near by daycare. I would definitely not recommend this daycare to any of my colleagues.

Overall, I had a positive experience here. The staff is super friendly, professional and dedicated to taking care of the kids. In the end, my wife and I decided that our son was not ready for daycare, but are not averse to sending him back to NT Kindercare in the future. I found it to be a polished and well run organization.

Our daughter has been going to Kindercare for about a year now and we have been very happy with the care she is receiving! The teachers and staff are all very warm and caring. Our daughter loves being there with all of her teachers and friends!
