Do not have your leather products cleaned through their service. I went in and dropped off some leather shoes of mine that had a smooth finish. 2 weeks later I came back to pick them up and they were suede material, almost nubuck. What made it worse was that I prepaid for the shoes to be cleaned. I tried to talk to the owners of the place where my shoes were sent off to which was Ram Leather Care located in Detroit and got no response. I tried to talk to the people at one hour martinizing first they told me I had to talk to the manager who leaves the office at 2:30 every day then they told me I had to talk to the supervisor and they claim they never know when that person comes in. Ive been getting the runaround and Im still not compensated for my real leather shoes that were over $200 and they are ruined

I went in with a coupon. They promised to apply it for me, when I said I would take my business elsewhere. At pick up time, they did not apply the coupon and overcharged me. Very unprofessional.
