Swanson does not honor Vets. We asked that our father have an Honor Guard. We were told by "Donte" that only active soldiers killed in duty were allowed that benefit. All vets as long as they are honorable discharged is entitled to an Honor Guard. The family has to request it and the funeral home makes the arrangements. Then Donte said He was having a 3 gun volley at the cemetery. Well that didnt happen either. Very sad. This man was a Korean War Vet and and deserved to be honored by the Country He served. Thanks Donte and the Swanson Family. A job well done.
