Yall, Im so happy with the AJ Danboise team that I dont even know where to begin. Two weeks ago our AC stopped working. After unsuccessful attempts with two different HVAC guys in which they made appointments and then I never heard from them again, I called AJ Danboise on Sunday. They scheduled Josh T. to come out that Monday between 11am and 12pm. On Monday, Josh T. walks through my door at 11:45. He quickly figures out that the problem is with my 26 year old furnace. After talking about what the procedure of replacing it would entail and discussing our options, I decide on replacing the furnace, condenser, and hot water heater, all of which are almost as old as me. Andrew arrives 30 minutes later to quote the project and review payment options. We schedule Wednesday morning as the Great AC Revival of 2016. Wednesday morning at 8:30, Tim, Jamie, and Josh are knocking on my door. The worked for 13 hours straight!!! Did not complain a single time. I dont even know if they took any breaks! They worked their buns off removing all the old appliances, and even helped my scrapper neighbor load everything into the back of his truck, as well as gave me the giant cardboard boxes for my kids. They spent HOURS in my tiny furnace closet installing the new one, answering all of mine, and my toddlers, questions along the way. Andrew stopped by again with all of my warranty paperwork and to answer any final questions, and even brought dog bones for the pups! Andre the electrician arrived in the afternoon, and worked until 9:30pm getting the meter just right. And after all that, with my kitchen, side yard, and driveway being totally covered in tools/trash/metal/boxes, by the time they left you couldnt even tell they had been there! The place was spotless! They even raked out the ground around the condenser guys! And regarding the price, which I see a lot of comments on. This company charges more than your shadetree HVAC guy BECAUSE THEY DO IT RIGHT. AJ Danboise pulls the appropriate permits, they provide the warranties, they guarantee their work and their customer service, they do the job right the first dang time, their employees are polite/timely/detail oriented/professional/patient/kind/knowledgeable, they show up when they say theyre gonna... Yeah, our project couldve cost less if we went with a different crew, but the experience I had yesterday absolutely validates my decision to go with AJ Danboise. Were talking about HVAC here people! Do you really want your brother-in-laws, best friends, bosss, daycare teachers cousin to do it?!?! And Ill tell you what, if you can find the part for $7, you go on ahead and watch an instructional YouTube video and install it yourself - see how that works out. The price AJ Danboise charges isnt for the part - its for the experience and expertise in installing said part. I ABSOLUTELY recommend AJ Danboise to anyone that will listen. This is the only company I will ever use.

Just for future reference: the invoice I received did not have any break down of cost for parts and labor. Cary Chwalek left the parts he replaced on my water heater. Checking the cost of the parts I found: 1. Gas Valve SV9501M5109 Lists on the internet, new for $251.35 2. The thermostat 219-42034-00A lists on the Bradford White parts list for $22.85 3. The igniter-flame rod assembly Q3400A is also Honeywell and the list price is $128.00, but can be purchased now, with free shipping for $64.92 from Amazon. So my invoice of 872.00 plus the $65.00 service charge which I thought was supposed to be waved should read: Service call $65.00 Parts $339.12 Labor (approximately 1 hour) $532.88 I guess since the email annoucing that Cary Chwalek was on his way stated that " Gary Gold, We just wanted to let you know that our Technician Cary Chwalek is on the way out to your home! Youre so lucky to have gotten Cary as your technician! Did you know that he is one of The Most Interesting Technicians in the World? NASA recently determined that Mars has no water because Cary fixed all the leaks! Be sure to ask him about that when he gets there. Cary has been in the plumbing industry for over twenty years, and has been with A.J. Danboise for over a decade. You can rest assured that he has the training and experience necessary to exceed your expectations. Should you have any questions at all, we hope youll feel comfortable asking him. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you today!" I shouldnt be surprised that the labor was $532.88. Cary suggested that I probably should replace the water heater for between $3500.00 to $4500 dollars, because the water heater is around 11 years old and the likihood of future problems is probably good. I think if that happens I will call someone other than AJ Danboise, "built on a heritage of integrity" to replace the water heater. If my calculations are in error, and I apologize, please feel free to call me and explain and I will correct my review. Gary Gold

I had my AC go out during the recent extreme hot weather. I contacted AJ Danboise and right way they sent out a tech -Noah Stansberry. Noah started working on the problem right away,( which included climbing into my attic when the outside temp was over 100 degrees). Although he could not fix it at that time ( as a part had to be ordered) Noah told me what to do to make sure I was as comfortable as possible during this heat. The part came in the next day and Noah was there immediately . He had my AC cooling my house right away..... but here is where is gets interesting. My refrigerator also went out around the same time as my AC. Although Lowes sent out a repairman, the fridge could not be fixed, as they needed to order a part from Whirlpool which would not be in for a week or 2 (unlike Danboise), so Lowes offered to send out a loaner fridge. When I went to meet the delivery man with the loaner fridge, Noah was just finishing up. I received a call and was told that the delivery of the loaner fridge was going to be delayed 1/2 hr. As I had to get back to work for a meeting I had quite a problem. But wait Super Noah to the rescue, he offered to stay and sign for the delivery. Not only did he sign for the fridge, he set it up so it was cold and ready to use when I got home from work... again not the end of the story. Somehow the delivery men, broke the garage door and it would not go up or down. Noah called me right away, he explained what happend and said he fix the door best he could.minutes as they tried to find out who was responsible for what. Needless to say I will never purschase anything from Lowes, but as long as Danboise as service techs When I got home I contacted Lowes customer service and was on hold for 17 like Noah I am confident in recommending AJ Danboise for their personal and over-the-top service. Super heroes are hard to find except for maybe on the big screen, but Danboise has one, working right in their company. Thanks Noah for EVERTHING!!!!
