After meeting with and hiring Generations on Good Friday to cremate my sister; I asked and was told that she would be picked up from the hospital on Monday. When I mentioned I wanted to have her memorial on Wednesday, the lady I met with said that Thursday or Friday would be best as it takes 4-5 business days to complete the cremation process. I scheduled her memorial for Friday. I called at 9:30 Friday morning to ask when I could pick up her remains. I was informed she had not been cremated yet and would not be ready until the next week. Of course I became very upset, I feel it was incredibly disrespectful to leave my sisters body there for 8 days and not complete what they were hired to do. The owner called me back, he did apologize and said she would be done that day. He told me that my sister was not the only one that was "missed"! I am so gobsmacked!! That is so incredible to me and so hurtful. They did deliver her remains to the funeral home for me & I appreciate that. But I was disappointed when I saw that they cashed the check in the full amount. I would think considering the events; some sort of compensation would have been appropriate **Update** I spoke with the owner, he was very apologetic and after speaking, we did agree to a partial refund. I feel like he was fair and did his best to right this for me.

Terrible Customer Experience. Paid with a debit card and was charged as a credit card so did not process for weeks later due to an issue on their part. The person I spoke to was rude and unhelpful. I will never use them again. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They did not offer to make it right in anyway.
