Terrible experience dealing with these people. They are cold, apathetic and unprofessional. Never returned phone calls especially after the payment was received. The family car and limo drivers left us at the repasse with no way to get home and when I called Mr. J. Penn did he nothing to accommodate us. We asked for information regarding filing of death certificates well after my fathers death and were met with attitude and no real answer.He was late to every meeting that we had and the worse offense was when our fathers body was not ready to be approved in time for the viewing. I would never recommend this funeral home to anyone. I feel terrible about having to post this because I try everything in my power to help black-owned businesses but this could not be helped.

Not sure how this despicable funeral home is still in business. They were 1.5 hrs late with the body and extremely unapologetic about it. Go somewhere else when youre loved one passes. You shouldnt have to verbally fight while youre going through one of the most traumatic events of your life.
