Dont ever send your kids here if you have a Job. They will have your kids on the schedule and still tell you they cant stay. Even if you 1 minute later even if you leave a massage on vm. They are very unprofessional would never ever recommend anyone to send there kids there. Management are HORRIBLE AND Very unprofessional.. Very rude and very bad people skills ghetto isnt the word to use its worst. Sent my baby out with out socks on and also once with out his jacket. Rachel I think is her name would tell you theyre not only schedule before she even look. I hate them they need to close Asap kids nose be running bcus they be outside in the freezing cold. Also its very busy and cars every where and they have the kids running around outside thats not safe at all. They try to make you leave a good comment on their Facebook so you want have to pay the application fee. I wish I knew then what I knew now. I wouldnt even waste my time sending my kids to that nasty place

This place is horrible. By far the worst child care experience I have ever had. I was called multiple times a week to pick my child up early for irrational reasons. I was literally 4 min late dropping off my kids and was met at the door and told they were not going to watch my children because im late and they dont have an adequate number of staff. Most importantly my children hated it there and dreaded going. After reading other reviews I have to agree that they will take your child out in the weather without appropriate clothes. I feel sorry for any children that has to go there because there are many other great daycares in this area that treat your children like family and truly care for them.

Kiddie time sent our child out in the snow with no socks or shoes on (yes she had them at the facility), she got very sick as a result. After trying to pay off our final balance twice after pulling her from their care, we were told both times we would have to wait for 15 minutes to accept our check AND on top of that they lost our childs blanket. Yet another reason we pulled our child was the lack of cleanliness in the facility, the smell of soiled diapers, and the poor management. We were extremely disappointed and very upset at how we and our child was treated. Please think twice before sending your child here.

This place is one of the worst. Do not bring your child here! I was called constantly about "incidents" where my child was injured. Even after bringing in a note from my childs doctor, they continued to take my child out into the bitter cold! The facility is unclean and and the carpet is filthy. Was told I could not drop my child off after arriving 2 mins late - 13 mins instead of the 15 min cut off, which was about the time it took her to greet me). Once again, DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE!

This place is horrible they called so many times to pick up my child while I was at work for senseless reasons. But the only time they didnt call was when one of the co-workers child scratch my baby in the face and left a mark. They was billing for my kids on days they wasnt even at the building. This place is a NO GO!!!
