Worked here for about 1 week. I applied in sep/2012 they lost my file a week later. called them several times b4 they decided to look for it i spoke wit a female named krystal. 2nd incident took place when the job that had me working at called them and told them they didnt need me for the job. instead of allegiance calling me and informing me. they let me drive 16 miles to the job just to be turned around and sent home. which is a total waste of gas!! i told them about the problem but a woman named robin or robyn got a attitude and told me i wasn gettin paid for my gas. 3rd incident happened today 12/20/2012 i was supposed to get paid but they made a mistake and now i have to wait 24 hours!!! i have robyn and krystal on recorded calls talking to me like thay have no respect. their is no office to call and complain so its like these people treat u how they want to. and i cant work like that. so after a fiery conversation with robyn (which i recorded) i decided to leave the company. hopefully someone shuts them down. Thanks alot!

DONT GO HERE, THEY WILL TELL YOU YOUR GONNA MAKE $10 AN HR THEN REALLY TURNS OUT TO BE $9 AN HR, THEN THEY FIND YOU WORK BUT THEN AFTER 3 WEEKS YOULL BE LAID OFF AND THEY WONT HELP YOU FIND WORK AFTER YOU BEEN LAID OFF. I BEEN WAITING ON A CALL BACK FOR WORK SINCE 8/8/2013. THEY ARE RUDE (EXCEPT MELISSA SHES NICE)

This was my 1st time ever going thru a temp service because i looked down on them and thought they couldnt or wouldnt help a.s.a.p. Well i was fooling myself because they fount me a wonderful job b that fit my life style within 3days. And my husband. Thank you so much Allegiance and Melissa

i had the same problem i told them my mom got into an car accident and i told them that our car was totaled and couldnt make it to work that day and that krystal girl told me that it wasnt my problem this is the worst place known to man please no one go there its a waste of your time

As long as you follow their guidelines regarding calling in your availability, they can find you work that same day. I enjoyed working for them they were straightforward about every aspect of the job I was assigned. I would work with them again.

Worst place ever to work for. I worked there for a week or 2 and I had people stealing and going through my jacket at work and they only gave me a few hour notice for me to go to work the next day and start.
