I went there to dye my hair and I paid $140 for fire red color and guess what, The color didnt last one week in my hair and it my hair color was so ugly. Every time I take a shower , I see the color fall out of my hair I think they use bad quality hair coloring . And I did keratin there and paid $120 for it and $40 for the shampoo and conditioner and after I waited 4 days to wash my hair and my hair wasnt straight as I expected and it was like I didnt do anything to it except increased my hair falling. I have very bad experiences there and I will not go there any more.

This salon is very bad! They did my makeup horrible!! The makeup lady that did my makeup left clumps on my eyelashes, from the mascara. Honestly, They are not even good!! They are very rude, and always are talking to eachother and on thier phones instead of making their customers look nice. Im really dissapointed, and never going back again!!

Was visiting from Texas. Had not had a hair cut in months. Told the young lady that I just wanted a trim and layers. Got exactly what I wanted and more. The shampooing was soooooo relaxing that I almost fell asleep. I left there relaxed with a cute style. Next time Im in town I know where I can go the get my hair done right.

I find it very rude that the stylist is texting on her phone more then doing doing my hair. Also when the lady working are fighting over whos going to do a guest hair because no one wants to that is not ok. They might have done a good job with the hair but them their selfs were just rude!! I will not be back

very disappointed...I showed them the color I wanted and they gave me something totally different. I Spent over 100 dollars and didnt get what i wanted not to mention my birthday is in a few days now im stuck with a color I dont like

Nina is amazing. Ive been going to her for 2 years now. Was super super picky on who Id let do my eyebrows after the first time she did them, I now make my out of the way trip to this salon. She does cuts exactly how you want too.

This is definitely my go to salon, from brows by huda to microbead extensions by mariam. The girls never cease to amaze me with their outstanding service. I recommend illusion to all of my friends!

I dont recommend this salon to anyone . Batool did my hair & messed up my roots it was supposed to be lighter but still gave me dark roots the highlights were horrible
