If you are anything like myself, you are very particular about the way you like your hair cut. I used to be a die-hard Sports Clips fan, but there are not Sports Clips locations anywhere near the Grand Blanc area. Because of this, I was VERY NERVOUS about getting my haircut done at a place that had no online reviews and that was also a place I wasnt familiar with. I called a couple of places before SmartStyle, and everyone was either charging an arm and a leg, you had to make an appointment far in advance, or they had some pretty bad reviews. I finally just said, "to heck with it all" and decided on going into SmartStyle. Worst case scenario, I have to wait a hot minute for my hair to grow back in... Let me tell you though, I AM SUPER HAPPY I DECIDED ON SMARTSTYLE! My stylist was Jessica, and she did everything perfect! She listened to what I wanted and she knew exactly how to do it! She gave me one of the best "undercut/ivy-league" haircuts Id ever received! And yes, this is the SmartStyle located in Walmart! Which still blows my mind just thinking about that! Thanks for everything Jessica - youve defiantly found a new loyal customer!

Stylist was nice but failed to communicate what i really wanted done to my hair and did the whole process backwards.... Communication is key when working on a customers hair. I live in grand blanc but will continue to drive to waterford to the 5star agape salon. There is a reason why this salon has a low rating now i know!
