I had a 1:00 appointment for a manicure. I arrived at 12:55. At 1:10 I asked how much longer it would be until the maicurist was ready for me because I had a 2:00 I needed to leave for. She came out and told me it would be another few minutes- at 1:21 I left for my next appointment because there was no way I was going to have a manicure and be on time for my next appointment.
