My usual nail salon was closed so I made an appointment for a mani & pedi and waited 45 minutes before someone started my pedicure. The manicurist apologized for the wait and said she had taken a walk-in. The whole reason I made an appointment was so I wouldnt have to wait! I picked a shellac nail color that the manicurist recommended and the polish bubbled horribly after I was put under the UV light. At first, she insisted I mustve bumped my nails. She tried my other hand and the same thing happened. Apparently they bought the polish on sale and hadnt used it yet. She then showed her manager who also insisted I had bumped my nails and was very rude. The manicurist then had the nerve to suggest just adding a coat of glitter over my horrifying nails. She explained how long it would take to remove the shellac and start over with a new color. I picked a new color and had her re-do my nails and was finally done after spending 3 HOURS there. You would think they wouldve given me a discount...what a horrible experience.

The staff is unprofessional (discuss raising prices in front of customers, gossip about other clients and staff, take personal phone calls while cutting/coloring hair and doing manicures). Ive had my hair cut there several times over the past year, but twice it was cut uneven; most likely because my stylist was on the phone with her daughter the entire time she cut my hair. The last time I went in for a fill, the manicurist left to go look at a condo while my nails dried. The feeling I got is that youre a burden when youre there and they dont appreciate your business. There are so many salons in the area that give better quality service and have much better customer service. I wouldnt waste my time or money going back to this salon ever again.

I absolutely love everything that Complete Beauty has to offer. First, my stylist Joanna is amazing. She does unbelievable extensions even though my hair is very thin short. She makes me feel as if she is taking care of her own hair. I have found a great stylist with Joanna, and hope she sticks around for a while. Complete Beauty also offers tanning with terrific beds and they have great pricing on their packages. The staff had knowledge of all of the products they offer and they also have a great inventory of products from Bed Head to OPI. Its the only place in the area that is a Complete" one stop shop. They also offer manicure and pedicure services.

Always have a great experience at Complete Beauty. All of the stylists are very kind and professional. I personally have been going to Joanna for over 2 years for color, cuts, and extensions. Her technique is better than any stylist I have found and she is always very accommodating to my schedule. She is a very good listener and intuitive to my wants and needs. I am always very satisfied after I leave the salon. If you are looking for a great stylist for all of your haircare needs definitely give Joanna at Complete Beauty a chance and I promise you will not be sorry.

I have never had a such a bad experience in 10 minnets as I have this morning I have long hairs all over my head I wanted a simple fade and I got butcherd it looks like I have a half Mohawk long hairs allaroud my ears numerous lines all over my head I think the lady was drunk I asked her her name in the beginning and she told me a different name at the end Im sitting in a barbershop down the street n Im getting it fixed for free cause they felt bad for me guys if u want a good bs free cut go to village barber shop on Cooley lk rd

i just moved right around the corner in janurary and was looking for a new salon. i tried a salon few salons around the commerce area but they were too pricey. i paid almost less then half the price at complete beauty then i did anywhere else. Everyone was very friendly and i even got a free travel size product bc i it was my first service. This is for sure my new place! thank you Alexis and Fay!!

Worst hair cut ever!!! I left bawling my eyes out all night!!!! She didnt listen to what I wanted and she saw I was upset and got mad at me! The employees talked about the plans they made after work and were mad that customers were there. I kept getting dirty looks and they kept pointing at me. They dont even deserve 1 star. Horrible. Now with this cut I have to walk around looking like an idiot.

i love this place!! this is somewhere you can truly call a one-stop-shop.from the owner being nice and meeting everyone and to the receptionist being so kind. this is truly a fun place for any woman to feel special. There is a hair salon and spa that is affordable and cheap. i would recommend anyone to go there for there hair and nails need!

I had my nails done here because my regular place was busy. Not only did they all fall off in 2 days they ruined everyone of my nails. When I returned to complain they really didnt care. My nail beds were literally torn. They did offer a new set of nails. Why would I do that after the 1st set just popped off like stick ons.

I called to make an appointment for a Pedicure as soon a possible. They said today?, I said great! I waited maybe 10 min. Dana came and got me, she did the BEST pedicure Ive ever had. She is very cordial, everyone I encountered was really friendly. This was my first visit, but I WILL go back! Thanks Dana!!
