This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL salon I have ever been to. I would prefer to drive an extra ten miles but NEVER go to this place again. I have been going to this salon for a long time since this was closer to my place and experience kept on getting worse with every visit. 1) The most recent experience I had at this place, is terrifying. The wax products used are horrible. One of Preet’s staff who did the service for me – burnt my skin at several places badly, in fact to an extent that I am taking treatment for that. Out of mere courtesy, I informed and showed the skin damage that was done to me not only by the products but also because of the way the service was done . But the response was as anticipated – fake and pretentious concern but no accountability! She told me not to consult the doctor and tried to hand over an almost finished bottle of gel as an apology. Seriously, Preet, is that how you fix your customer’s burnt skin? My serious advice to the readers – RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU LOVE YOUR SKIN! 2) In spite of scheduling appointment well in advance, the wait time is at least an hour or more, merely because Preet wants to block several customers at the same time. To an extent, that Preet/staff will ask you to get ready for the service and leave you waiting in the room for additional 20minutes. You should not be doing appointments if they do not mean anything at your Salon. I have also seen Preet being rude and getting into an argument with many customers who raised a concern about the wait despite having an appointment and still had to wait for at least 30 minutes. 3) There are also times when you visit the Salon, you will find the staff busy getting services done on themselves and you being told to wait because of that. Do not even think of going to this place if you value your skin, time and money.

This salon is run by highly unprofessional ladies. They are always in a rush to take on as many jobs as possible without even finishing the one they have at hand. I went there for eyebrows and facials and it was OUTRIGHT pathetic. The owner Preet just tried to rake in as much money as possible without paying any attention to clients at hand. For my facial, it took them almost 2 hours as they went out to finish other walk-ins for eyebrows. I was lying with a pack on my face forever and had to call them three times before anyone was available to wipe it off. The lady who did my upper lip wax just pulled too hard and I was bruised for a week. They need to realize that they should take take of the clients on the salon before hurrying up to take on as many walk-ins as possible. The appointment system is a joke as you have to wait almost half an hour even if you booked your facial or eyebrow session as they are all busy with the walk-ins and you have to wait like an idiot even though you reserved your spot in advance. At last, they have a big see though glass as the front facade and it is totally transparent for men who linger around to stare and gawk at the women inside. It is very embarrassing if you have bleach or a face pack on and the assembled men outside just stare at you through the transparent glass. The owner Preet really needs some basic hospitality and etiquette sessions before this salon becomes even remotely worth a second visit. I will not recommend this place por the staff for any kind of services.

Hello friends, 100% I will not recommend this place to any one( Indians or Americans). I went there for facial and owner(preet) she did chemical peel facial to me and whole night I could not able to sleep because of my face burning. In my face all over it became black spots and my office colleagues become shocked when they look at me ,Every body asking me what happened to your face and showing me sympathy. I went back to them and asked about it, preet told me that this is nothing dont be panic or worry about it and will get better after 2 or 3 days. she herself talking about she is a skin specialist(doctor) and advising me dont go to doctor I know about it they will also recommend to use some coconut oil on the face. I would also like to mention about the reviews, whenever some people write bad reviews about this place the owner will go and ask her friends to write very good about this place and whatever people complaining is not true. People whoever working there are not professionals and certified. If you take an appointment and go there on time they will not care about your appointment they will care about only money and walk-ins. I completely disagree with this above comment. Actually, my experience at Glamours Looks Salon was amazing. I also had my facial there and it was just fantastic. I was waiting for my pack and I thought its been 15-20 mins and it is time to take it off. While waiting, I looked at the package of face pack. It says the longer you keep the better results you get. I am going to this place from last eight months continuously and my drive to this salon is approximately 1 hour. I strongly recommend to all women to try Glamours Looks Salon at least once. I have amazing skin now. My friends also tried her salon and they loved it. Lastly, she told me home remedy that helped my skin to be better tone and pimple free. If it was just for money, she was not gonna tell me a home ready instead she was gonna ask for more facial sessions Owner, Preet is not after money. I remember the first day I went to salon and I had so many pimples and as of today they all are gone with the help of Preet and great facials that she does such as micro derma and acne special facials. I strongly recommend everyone!!! . I completely disagree that they have open window. It is covered with official profiles and moreover, no men look inside the salon. People are professional in that plaza and it is very hard to view from the window.

Preet, I hope you read this review. 1. Respect your Clients time. What if you were made to wait 2.5 hours to get 4 services done despite having an appointment? would you like it? 2. Dont say Yes to all customers who walk just because you need their money too. Well I have been to your parlor a lot of times and i ALWAYS SEE THIS. 3. learn to be a professional, unless this is some run of the mill parlor. 4. When clients fix appointment , you CANNOT TAKE WALK INS at that time. This is common sense. You ALWAYS DO. 5. You made another customer wait for 45 minutes for a pedicure (who had an appointment) and your response to her was "we are busy sorry?" really? You think we are fools to take an appointment? Selfishness to earn money has a limit. the sooner you learn the better it is. I had an appointment and was ON time. I needed 4 services and you and your team only managed 3 out of the 4. really? I was there for 2.5 hours. I saw you taking and giving priority to walk in clients. Also have the ability to listen to criticisms and learn from it, not just respond to positive comments.
