My wife and I were getting a few quotes for re-painting our one stall detached garage. We found A-1 online and were impressed with the many good reviews. We always try and work with professionals since Craigslist can be kind of sketchy. My wife called and talked with Adam, about getting a quote. Adam arrives the same day, measures and gives us a rather good quote. We were surprised with the quote as we assumed the cost would be higher. We appreciated the quick response and discussed moving this project up our "to-do" list since the price was better than expected. A few days later, my wife receives an evening phone call from Adam who is following up on the quote. As my wife is telling him how we appreciate the follow up and are still undecided he rudely cuts her off and proceeds to berate her. Saying he would not have giving us such a good quote for such a small job if he would have known we didnt want to do it right away. He also would not have driven "all the way to Wyoming" to quote it. We live in Wyoming, Michigan NOT the state of Wyoming. During the phone call he continues to cut her off as she tries to explain that its wise to get a few quotes when getting projects done. If he doesnt quote jobs unless he actually does the work then say that in the initial conversation. Its common practice to quote projects then rely on your professionalism, kind demeanor and quality work to get the job. Unfortunately, Adam didnt show any of this and therefore will not be getting any work from us.

I have used a well-known, nationwide painting company for my home in the past and they are sub-standard compared to A-1 Painting. I had the other company as well as A-1 give quotes for my most recent home project and the outcomes were very different. A-1’s price was competitive and they had far more knowledge/expertise as far as work that needed to be done so the outcome met lasting, quality standards. A-1 completed the job, which was larger and far more detailed, in half the time of the other painting company while at the same time their workmanship was of much higher quality. They are attentive to detail, fast, efficient, professional, and personable. I have already referred them to a family member and friend who are now satisfied customers. A-1 Painting Management has earned my loyalty for any future work.

A1 Painting did an amazing job repainting my house and garage. The house had peeling paint from sun exposure and was in disrepair. I didnt have the time or patience to try to paint everything so I hired Adam with A1 painting to do the job. He showed up at the job site when he said he would and completed the work in a timely fashion. I was busy with work and couldnt be home when the crew came out to do the work. They got the work finished in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.

This is by far one of the best companies I have found in the past five years to paint my rental properties. I have them all over from Detroit to Lansing and even some up by Traverse City. They have given me some of the best quotes and their production quality and time requirements are great! I intend on having them as the only company to paint my properties and even my personal houses. I would recommend them to anyone who wanted good, quality, and affordable painting done.
