We heard about the CertaPro team on WHAS 84 and decided to have them come to our home. From the initial meeting to the completion of the job we were extremely pleased with the quality of work that was done at our home. Lee had his crew there at the time he promised and they completed the job on schedule. Lee was extremely helpful as he worked with us to eliminate some areas that did not need painting. These modifications to the job allowed us to stay within our budget and still receive a superior product for our home. Jeff and Joey were extremely easy to work with as they listened to our requests as the week went on. Challenges to the job quickly disappeared as they went to work and made the job look easy. Jeff and Joey approached the job with respect for our home and for our furniture, as they handled each situation with professional care. We will definitely recommend CertaPro of Louisville to our friends and family. Our home was beautiful before the new paint but now it just looks brighter and even more beautiful. Thanks Lee, Jeff and Joey for a job well done.

Lee from Certa Pro Painters responded quickly to my inquiry for exterior house painting. He came out soon after to give a free estimate. The estimate was very reasonable. I also needed some repair work to the wood siding and he recommended a fantastic carpenter. Certa Pro worked Round my schedule for a start date. The workers were professional, courteous, and cleaned up everyday after work. We have three nosey dogs and the workers took care working around them. The house looks wonderful! There was splattered concrete on some of the siding from a previous concrete job. The old paint was peeling and bubbling from a previous poor paint job. Lees guys took care of everything. Additionally, the brand of paint I chose was offering a free upgrade. Lee advised me of that and passed along the gift to me showing his honesty. I highly recommend Certa Pro Painters. I would definitely hire them again. We are going to enjoy our beautiful house.

If I could give a negative star, I would. What a disaster of a paint job. The painters that were sent were not up to the size of the job and were the most unprofessional contractors Ive ever worked with. I had multiple rooms and trim. I was given a firm timeline for completion within 3 days and promises of how this would be a professional job. They tied up my house for 8 days. The painters abandoned my job about a third of the way through to start another job and left a mess through my entire house. They came back to "finish" but their finished product was a mess. I could still see the underlying paint color on the walls due to 2 coats not being applied. Trim was a jagged mess. Im still cleaning up the paint drops. A second crew had to be called in to try and correct the mess from the first crew. I had to continually complain to get action from the company. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

I live in a house that was built in 1915, and it has wood siding with extremely leaded paint. CertaPro was the only company that could properly scrape and dispose of the paint without costing me an arm and a leg. The customer service is really amazing. Lee Sapate, the owner gave us the quote himself and some great suggestions on how to do certain things. He also recommended a color specialist to come over and work with me on the exact colors. It was an amazing experience. There were a couple of small errors once the painting was complete, so we called Lee. He came over himself to check it out and ensured that they would be fixed immediately. He really does have the best customer service Ive ever dealt with! Lee also recommended another contractor to help us replace our rotted wood siding and he was also wonderful. I cant recommend Lee and CertaPro enough.

Had the exterior of my house painted. Lee at CertaPro was great to work with. He was very communicative and broke the whole process down so we would know what was going on. The price he quoted is was the price we paid, and we felt it was a reasonable one at that. Alejandro, the site supervisor, and his team were similarly excellent. They came everyday at the same time, would explain what they were going to do that day. Then, before they would leave he would talk to me about what to expect the next day. The work they did was fantastic and we are constantly getting passersby stopping and complimenting the house, some even taking pictures. What more can you ask for? Highly recommend CertaPro for painting projects big or small.

We needed to have most of the rooms in our home painted included the vaulted ceilings shortly after moving in. We hired CertaPro Painters of Kentuckiana and had the best painting experience weve ever had. The crew was terrific and the paint job looks great. They customer service is top notch. While the crew was on site we had Lee Sapata, the owner give us a quote on the exterior as well. The cedar siding had been neglected and was in bad shape. Again we received excellent advice regarding what product we should use to give us the most for our money. The same crew painted the outside and the house looks awesome. I would hire them again and would recommend Lee Sapata and CertaPro Painters to anyone.

The two painters arrived on August, 9th on time, got to work laying out the plastic and cloth protectors and began painting at 9:00 am. By 2:30 the second coat was done and they were cleaning up and getting ready to go. On close inspection, a few paint marks were visible on the base boards. We were only painting the walls and tray ceiling. One man, Robert, went to his truck, got a can of white paint, and proceeded to go all around the baseboard, to cover any paint splotches old or new. It looks brand new!! They, Robert and Frank, did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend their company to anyone!!

This is a restoration company and I was given two options; Pay a minimum of $425+ to paint a 13x14x8 room, or the lady on the phone wouldnt send anyone out at all. I was able to find a reputable company that is actually willing to have the courtesy to do what I need done for half of the "minimum" I would have to pay through CertaPro. First impressions are everything to me, and I would NEVER contract this company to do anything on the 22+ rental properties I have. This would have been a small job, but they potentially lost a lot of future business from myself.

We had the complete interior painted. From the very beginning, I found CertaPro (Lee) to be very professional. Lee explained what needed to be done and why. During the project, I was kept informed as to where the project stood and it was completed on time with a final walk through. I would highly recommend CertaPro to anyone looking for a great painting company Call Lee... Excellent work and Customer Service!

I needed to get my living room painted, but was concerned that my vintage carpet might get paint on it. I searched around and called a few places, and chose CertaPro because they seemed to have good service and were friendly. When I called, I spoke directly with the owner and he assured me that the painters were experienced. They did a great job. The room looks good, and no paint got anywhere it shouldnt have.
