Stay away from this daycare... My bill always seems to change every few months. they raise my hourly rate without giving a new contract, have 6 people working in the office and dont seems to communicate with each other about the job. IN THE SPACE OF 3 days my bill went from $316 to $58 then $220 then $12 then finally $181. I told her Im not paying because they cant seems to get a balance of there job. The owner lady went ham around the kids she went from 10 to 100 real quick. I grab my son and walk out. Not a good environment for anyones child if your homeless I wouldnt recommend you to stop there in the middle of a storm.

I have had the hardest time with this daycare....I seem to never be able to keep up with my monthly payments which come to find out through a coworker there states the owner has been places extra money to the bill thats not been accounted for. but since she is the owner I had no proof she would even charge extra hours through DHS for those that have extra assistance. I DO NOT recommend anyone to go through this daycare they do not follow the protocols thats supposed to be followed and since I needed daycare I stuck it out not knowing I was being over charged.

The girl Joslyn isnt lying. They did that to us too. Plus the other comment is from the woman who does the billing there and when I did have my children in that sad excuse of daycare and preschool we were constantly over charged and they had "fixed" the bill a few times they were caught and then to add after arguing with these people suddenly they tried charging a few hundred saying they found all these hours and a program they never charged for. Scam artists.

I have had a great experience with this daycare center. They have just enough structure to keep the kids occupied and happy. No billing issues and I utilized DHS - I paid up front until services kicked in, and they reimbursed me as they stated they would. Facility was clean and staff was flexible. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Bills always randomly changing like they just make up a price they want you to pay for the week. NO COMMUNICATION what so ever in there. They dont pay attention, they sent me to collections for an unpaid balance that wasnt even mines, it was a different parents

Everyone seems to have suspicious billing from Alphabet Soup. Also the schedule here is terrible, if you use this daycare center you are going to need a babysitter as well because they take more days off then the post office.
