My son had an appt and we waited 20 mins past our appt time... I asked the lady how much longer it was going to be and she said once she was done with her cut and made I clear that we were late.... I called 5 minutes before my appt to let the lady know we were going to be 5 Minutes late if that bc of construction downtown that I wasnt aware of... lady who answered said that was fine... lady who was to cut his hair kept talking and not even caring that her appt was there.. . its called an appt for a reason!!!!!
