terrible, you are completely turned around from the mirror which means you cant see what the barber is doing I asked the lady to line my hair up and she didnt even touch my sideburns (sideburns look like 1970 pornstar sideburns) and cut my hair way to short which i told her not to do and I asked to scissor off the top but I couldnt see what she was doing because you are completely 180 from the mirror my suggestion for other people stop somewhere else and to the people reading this that work there either learn how to cut hair or get new chairs that turn around.

Moved to the area about a year ago, I was driving back to royal oak to get my haircut from my old guy, because he was the only barber I had my whole life that never asked me "how do I want it cut?" he just did it and at always looked great, then one day I stumbled across the Baldwin barber shop and I got an even better haircut for a fair price ...fast service, good folks and no appoinment needed, I am now a regular, great place
