In my opinion Cardinal Barber Shop was originally used by former Redford Township Director of Public Services Leo Snage (Leo Salimbene) assumed name to launder money from no-bid contracts and other little extortion schemes over the decades. Barber Shops are currently the number o ne choice criminals use to launder money. Leo Snage was a rodent ahead of the times.
