My son has been in this daycare for a year and half. I liked this place at very beginning, nice facility, nice people, both administrative and teachers, however along the way I had some really unpleasant experiences with them. 1), The fast "turn over" for the teachers. Personally, I believe it is important for younger kids having steady care givers. Luckily, my kid has always been with wonderful teachers so far, but I heard some of my friends who go to the same center complaining about their unpleasant experience about this turn over issue. 2,) The service at the company level is really bad. I had some issue with the center a while ago, and the director couldnt solve my problem, so they suggested me to email the regional manager, which I did twice, and sadly the person never replied me. I finally just gave up out of frustration. 3,) The company is a bit too greedy. I under stand that a business need to make money, I dont mind paying $275 weekly fee with $200 registration fee as long as you have a good service for my kid. However, what just happened to me is just ridiculous. My son just took a 5 month leave, and I re-enroll him back in mid of June, and paid $200 registration fee and $25 activity fee, right now is beginning of September, they charged me that $225 again as annul registration fee. I talk to the director about this really unfair charge, I was told they have a policy that any one registered before July 1st need to be recharged this $200 again in September for the annul registration fee. The only thing she can do now is to wait to end of the month to bring this up to the owner. So for me it means within three months of service I have to pay $450 registration and activity fee!!! Compare what we are spending here, $225 extra might not be that much of a deal, but it is the way how they make the policy for the extra profit is just simply outrageous. Once again, my wife, my son and me, we all love my sons teacher very much, but as far as what I can see, the company is not doing a great job keeping its good reputations.

My daughter has been attending daycare here for over a year now. I have been so impressed with the center from the first visit there. Everyone we have met has been super friendly and give off a great vibe. Madison started off in Miss Irenes infant room, with Miss Ollie and Miss Gale. She was only there for 4 months before she graduated to Miss Sarahs transitional toddler room. Even with her short time in the infant room, Madison made such a connection with her teachers. She still runs to them for hugs and smiles to this day. Miss Sarah and Miss Jen took care of Madison for about 8 months. She learned a lot in that room, and made some great friends. They always showered her with affection and she went to them quickly at drop off time. It really helped calm my nerves to see her comfortable with her teachers. Even when I messed up her nap schedules due to doctors visits, they always accommodated her and her crazy moods. Now Madison is in Miss Noreens toddler room with Miss Cathy and Miss Alyssa. They are the best! Madison has really learned how to share and follow directions. Her teachers have helped me with my many parenting questions and doubts. They always take great care of Madison and she never has any hesitations when she is dropped off here. I actually have a hard time getting her to leave at the end of the day! The directors, Kim and Erica, are great! They have accommodated many of our schedule conflicts and have made great care of Madison easy to obtain. I never worry about her when she is here. I actually feel bad about the time she misses because I think she is missing out on a lot of learning (her teachers advise me she is fine). I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for great, quality care. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you, Learning Tree!!!

Our two daughters attend The Learning Tree North and we couldnt be happier with the center and their teachers. My oldest is 2 years old and is in Miss Noreens class. Noreen goes out of her way to make sure that my daughter is cared for and happy while shes at "school". Some mornings are hard and my daughter does not want to go to school, but Miss Noreen always comforts her and greets her with a big hug. We get updates daily on how she is doing. One time she had a fever and I had to come pick her up early, when I got there Miss Noreen was holding her in her lap, comforting her until I got there. Made me feel better knowing that someone was trying to help make my child who was not feeling well, feel better. I have complete trust that my child is taken care of both physically and emotionally in Miss Noreens class. Her skill set has also drastically improved, she can sing her ABCs, knows shapes, and can say a lot of words very clearly and sentences. I am very happy with the education that Miss Noreen provides her on a daily basis:) My youngest is 7 months old and in Miss Courtnees Infant class. I could not be more happy with Miss Courtnee since she has joined the Learning Tree North Center! It is hard enough and emotional to drop off such a small child to day care, but each day when I drop off the baby Courtnee greets me and her so joyfully; it comforts me knowing that shell be given attention even though there are other small children in the class too. Ive seen Miss Courtnee be loving towards my daughter and I can tell that shes getting the care and attention that a 7 month old should. Im very happy with the care that Miss Courtnee and her assistants provide my little one :):

We love The Learning Tree. Our son has been going there for 2 years now. He just moved out of Ms. Erinns Transitional Preschool. Our son has always loved Ms. Erinn. When he first joined, he was in Ms. Erinns Transitional Toddler class at the time. She knows how to comfort kids and keep them entertained. It is obvious that she loves her kids. Our son was also in Ms. Christies Toddler class. His teachers there were terrific, too. Always attentive, always under control, yet kept things fun for the kids. Our son has learned a lot since joining and we have his teachers to thank. Our son is now in Ms. Ashlees preschool class. Ms. Ashlee is very friendly and is always ready to greet our son with a big hug. She always has a smile on her face, and our son loves her. She is highly concerned with the education of our son, and looks for new ways to challenge her students. Ms. April also teaches our sons preschool class. As soon as she sees our son in the morning, she gives him a huge hug. Our son loves her. Ms. April is always attentive to any concerns we may have. Our daughter recently joined Ms. Sarah W.s Transitional Toddler class. Ms. Sarah is very attentive and caring, which has helped our daughter steadily transition into daycare. She also patiently answers all of our questions about our daughters day. Our experience with The Learning Tree has been very positive. Their menu is superb and cannot even be compared to the menus of other daycares, where junk food is typical. The food is organic, healthy, and cooked daily right in the center.
