Would like to give a shout out to Steve Brown, who helped me tonight with a seat belt hopelessly stuck around my head rest. He had me fixed up in 10 minutes when I came in asking just for the tool. He was nice enough to remove the screw and put the seat belt back together. Customer service at its best. Thanks Steve =)
