My roof was damaged during the really bad wind storm and when researching companies this one stood out. They came out pretty quickly and looked at it and met the adjuster. Roof was completely redone about 1.5 months later after all the paperwork and checks issued. My sitter did get some negative attitude from the roofers when she asked about leaving the dish off as I had informed them it was to go and not be screwed back in. So I bet your asking why the negative..well a day or two later it rained. I got up in the middle of the night to switch laundry and my laundry room ceiling was leaking. I called and texted as soon as the business opened and they sent someone out. Apparently the flashing around my water heater and furnace vents were just letting water stream into the roof around it. Took them about a day to get it under control, meanwhile the spots grew bigger and I was promised this would be taken care of. I live in a mobile home and the ceilings are made of panels of compressed fiber which once wet they sag and can potentially grow mold. The floor and walls around my water heater were soaked and both metal flashing peices inside detached from the ceiling and are now just sitting there. When asked when this would be handled they wanted to wait till the raining was done and no more leaks, I gave it several weeks to be sure. When I asked again they had someone sent out after 2 weeks to look and wanting to paint. I then texted and asked about mold and what not and they only have plans to paint over the stains. I was hoping they would at least take a panel off and survey for mold but was told its hard to do that and this was all over text messages. At this point my ceiling is starting to sag and get cracks and still stained. All I wanted was the 2 panels looked at and replaced and the other stuff looked at to make sure no damage was done.

Levi (Owner of Rock Solid) and I have been very close friends for 25 years, so naturally he was the very first person I called when I saw shingles scattered across my lawn during Michigan’s 2nd biggest wind storm in history. He said he would have someone at my house tomorrow to assess the situation, and he’ll personally call me with the results. The following day I had someone on my roof while I was at work, and Levi called me later that afternoon to let me know temporary coverage was applied and that he’ll have someone out at my house about 2-weeks to repair the damage. He was honest with me over phone, describing to me that he needs to focus his resources on those homes in which temporary covering would not suffice and roof replacement was mandatory. Well exactly 15 days later I get a text from Levi letting me know that someone would be out to repair my roof. I was extremely pleased how timely the roof repair was done, accurate to the dates he provided up front. I mentioned in the beginning that I’m friends with Levi as I want to share with you the morals in which I know he stands for. He’s honest, hard-working, kind, fair, and trust worthy and during this situation I got to see all those ethics applied from Levi as a business owner. I would highly recommend Rock Solid Exteriors to any of my family or friends!!!!!

Rock Solid sent Joe to my house 1day after the devastating windstorm several weeks ago. Due to how busy they were, Joe didnt make it to our house until the sun was setting. We thought wed have to reschedule, but Joe got a ladder and a flash light and headed up onto our roof. He immediately identified the worst spots, and though it was getting dark, he still made sure that those parts were tarped. Joe met with our insurance adjuster, gave us shingle samples and helped us pick the right shingle for our house. Jeremy and his crew installed our new roof. They were professional and courteous. They paid great attention to detail and did a thorough clean up. My husband and I couldnt be more pleased with the work and the look of our home. Thank you!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!! I thought that I would give them a chance because normally I like to support local businesses but the quote they gave me for my roof was so incredibley high, I had to say no. The gentleman that gave me the quote were so nice at first, then when I changed my mind they were very rude saying that I “wasted their time” and then tried to force me to pay $150 for a “convienence charge” I told them no so they left, but they continue to call every single day, even when I ask to get put on the do not call list. I think that they pay for their reviews or something. Please don’t trust this company.

I needed a new roof and wanted to look a little more into this company because I had a friend use them, and she had nothing but good things to say about the company. I notice that Joe Minauros name was mentioned in one of the past clients reviews so when I called I had requested him,, Joe promptly responded and scheduled a appointment with us, then after we started going over everything with him you would have thought we were Joes only customers , but I knew this not to be true his phone was ringing none stop. Joe has been very attentive and we felt taken care of through the whole process. Thanks Joe!

We had some wind damage done to the trim on the front of our garage this past March 2017 when that big storm come through the Macomb area. After trying to find a contractors for several months, my husband found Rock Solid Exteriors. After some confusion and mis-communication about what exactly we wanted done and what the cost would be, the owner and Rick the installer/repair guy stepped up and replaced the entire sections of trim across the top front of our garage. We were so very pleased and would recommend Rock Solid Exteriors anytime.

This review is a year after our roof was completed as we quickly learned not to leave reviews until we were sure that everything was flawless. Last year our roof had a leak around our skylight. I cant even tell you how many roofers came out to "fix" it and it still leaked! We finally found Rock Solid and they were able to fix the first time!!! We also had them replace sections of our roof that were damaged that none of the other roofers seen. Figures. Thanks so much! Highly recommend to everyone out there looking for roofers!

Kudos to this company and the crew! They took my tired looking mobile home and made it look like new. I had siding and gutters replaced. What a great experience from the initial visit with the sales representative to the installation crew. Very professional, when the job was done they put everything back in my flower bed, my grill back and even my trash cans. Then I noticed they fixed a loose board on my steps. I highly recommend them.
