This is the second company Ive worked with in Valdosta. The previous one was horrible to get a hold of and actually get scheduled for anything. Davis Air has been exceptionally fast responding to any issues (weve had several), including coming out on Thanksgiving because a thunderstorm damaged our system (again). We signed up for a service contract (under $20 a month) and have gotten our moneys worth. Service calls are free under contract and we get a discount on parts (so no fee for coming out at 9pm on a holiday). They tracked down our warrantee information for our latest issue (coil leaks) and had us up and running again in no time.

AC was cutting off, periodically; repairman replaced a capacitor. The next day it cut off again. Called Davis and the same repairman came back out. He then replaced a motor; 3 hrs later, same problem. Called again and was told they wouldnt charge a diagnostic fee, but would for parts. Already had given them $500 for accomplishing nothing and wasnt about to continue until they guessed the right part. Called another, well known, local company and the knowledgeable repairman replaced a relay, at a fraction of what I had paid Davis and my AC works great.

Davis is GREAT! Our air conditioner broke in the middle of summer just two days ago and with a toddler it was a nightmare! But they came early in the morning the very next day and had our Air conditioner working within 10 minutes!!! I was so impressed! They also are a company that is trustworthy and loyal because I dont feel like I was over charged either. Thank you guys so much for being so considerate, fast, and thorough!
