Really wish I would have checked the BBBs website prior to signing a contract with Southfork Homes! There were several items in our contract that we had to fight to get done and one of the issues was never done and the builder ended up having to reimburse us at closing. Our closing was moved after the builder couldnt meet the deadline. The superintendent, Ryan is HORRIBLE! The realtors would contact Ryan about issues with the house & he would not respond or respond with "Ill check on it" and would never follow up. We thought we were the only ones having issues, but after moving into our house and talking to several neighbors, it appears this is a wide spread issue with Southfork Homes. After you take possession of your property, Ryan the superintendent will send his crew onto your private property to dig holes for trees that have not been there for a month! RUN far far away before deciding to have a house built by Southfork Homes!!!

Worst experience ever!!! The sales lady will lie in order to make a sale, the build will take 3 to 6 months longer than they promise, you will have at least 10+ things that are completed poorly or not at all, and if you want it fixed they will give you a hard time about it!! Do Not Buy from this builder!!!!

They are building our home, we go by daily and check on the process. The workers and friendly and are professional, and we are happy with the results. Our home is at 70% cant wait for the last 30%. I would recommend them to family and friends. I will leave another review when the home is finished.
