Overall, Townscapes did a great job. Chris is the service man who you will see. He is very professional and keeps you informed. Nick was the foreman for the concrete job and his work and his crew were excellent. I did a stamped concrete walkway and porch, had my pool deck re-sealed and had some new trees put in. There were a few snags as can be expected in a construction job, but these guys did a good job in handling things. They were fair and professional. If I have to say anything negative, it would be that they should have more communication between management and the crews. Sometimes this lacked a bit, but overall, it didnt get in the way of the job as long as the homeowner was attentive. They also took a while to get to the job. I waited for weeks, but they are busy because they do a good job. Also, I felt as though it was a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for. Do you want someone giving you a better price, but doing a poor job on your decorative concrete? Nope. Good job. I would hire them again.

Called and emailed for an estimate. 3 days later I received an email saying they can come out in a week on Friday between 10 and 5pm. I emailed back asking for a time after 5 or Sat. and no one replied back. Business must be good as this was a big project.
