Recently I called a couple of HVAC companies to come out and see about fixing a heating/air problem we had in my mothers 80+ yr old house. The first company I called came out, gave us an estimate, but then they decided they didnt want the job afterall and cancelled with us...so I looked again on the internet for another HVAC company, and saw TRIAD Mechanical out of Loganville, Ga listed. Called them and they came out promptly, gave us an estimate, and took the job when others wouldnt. Our attic is small, tight and difficult to move around in. They were able to get up there and upgrade our attic ductwork from old R6, and bring it up to code (R8). Even with the bad weather on the morning of the install, they showed up as scheduled and immediately got to work. Anthony and Julian worked nonstop, and were able to knock out the difficult job in about 3.5 hours. They tackled the job with no problem. Very courteous and professional ! Once the job was done, they took away the old damaged ductwork and completely cleaned up the work area. Before leaving, they did a complete walk thru, checking each room for good flow from the registers, and we couldnt be more pleased ! The house now heats up quickly and evenly and no more cold spots. We can set the thermostat on a temperature now and it holds it. My mother is elderly and likes it warm throughout the house, and now she has it that way, thanks to Triad Mechanical. I would highly recommend TRIAD Mechanical of Loganville, GA ! If you use them, you will NOT be dissapointed ! Sure glad I called them ! Thanks Guys !!!!

This company was awesome!! My air quit on a Saturday so I went online to do a service request. I thought I would get a call on Monday but boy was I wrong. In less than 15 minutes I got an email response that someone would call me shortly. in about 10 more minutes I received a call from Anthony Bowdoin. He was very knowledgeable about what I told him was going on. I thought we would set something up for Monday but he said he could be there Sunday morning by 10 and at a standard service fee. Due to the age of the unit and the issues with it we did need to have it replaced. He was back Monday morning by 11 and I had cool air by 2:30. People it doesnt get any better than this. I have been around a long time and have a lot of things done but this customer service is second to none. They gave me a great price and professional service I will never forget. Do yourself a favor if you need HAV service make these guys your first call.

My A/C went out last night (7-18-17) so I left a message at 10:00pm last night with Triad Mechanicals Loganville office hoping for next day service but not really expecting it. Ben Buckner (The Technician) arrived one hour before he was supposed to be there (11:30am) the very next day (7-19-17) which was a very welcome surprise. He diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes, installed a new capacitor and left in less than one hour!! Talk about SERVICE!!! Ben was obviously knowledgeable and very professional and polite. Very, very reasonable prices on top of everything else. If you dont use Triad Mechanical for your HVAC needs you need to, they are a family owned business and they take care of their customers in a special way. I love them and count it a blessing to know these fine people!!! Reid Ingle

First and foremost I would strongly recommend this company to anyone that is having trouble with heating and air. My heat went out and they were predicting a snow storm in my state so of course I was bummed out at what the expenses may be for someone to come out to inspect my heating unit. To my surprise after contacting 2 company that were extremely expense, Triaid heating and air was reasonable and inexpensive. What I truly appreciate was the customer service and the willingness to assist a client in need, not only did they reschedule my appointment because of work they send a technician out while it was snowing. If that is not excellent customer service, I dont know what is..I will truly recommend this company to everybody....Thank God I have heat!!!!!!!

After securing several quotes to install a mini-split heat pump system for an enclosed porch, Triad Mechanical came through with a solution to match my needs and fit my price range. Other HVAC companies said that the installation could not be done the way I wanted. Triad was the only one that assured me it was not an issue. The installation team went above and beyond to tackle each challenge while working in the cold and rain. I now have a room that I can enjoy again that is more comfortable than the rest of my house. I’ve since called with several questions and had each one answered in a timely fashion. This is truly a 5 star company that I look forward to working with again.

We had an HVAC guy for almost 20 years and then he retired to FLA!! After he left, I tried 4 different HVAC companies looking for a company that would offer the same great quality service. I am so glad that I found TRIAD MECHANICAL! I have now used Triad Mechanical for a couple of years, and I plan to use them as long as I live here. I really like that I have the same service tech, Anthony, every time. He is always professional and really seems to know his business. He has made recommendations to improve the efficiency of our HVAC units. I would highly recommend Anthony and Triad Mechanical to any of my friends and neighbors.

Our a/c went out the first day of spring (of course the first hot day) I was sweltering and called Triad. Wow! Is all I can say! My technician Anthony was prompt, knowledgeable and very nice. He explained the problem and quoted me a great price to fix it.( I had spoke to another company earlier and they were rude and overpriced) It was back up and running in no time and we were able to beat the heat and actually enjoy the first day of spring! Thank you Traid and Anthony for making what could have been a miserable experience into a great day!!! I will be telling my friends!

I felt like they were trying to run the price up on me. The price of Pilot lighter was 35.00 and he was going to charge me 340.00 for something that would take 30 minutes max. I told him 300 an hour was ridiculous to charge for labor. He then told me the universal pilot lighter part wouldnt fit on my unit. He called in and they had another part that was 130.00 with labor would be close to 430.00 plus tax. Needless to say i paid the 40.00 service call fee and will look for a company that i dont feel is trying to get over and overcharge their customers.

My AC units and furnace were both 26 years old and well beyond replacement age. When my furnace went out in January, Triad was able to replace it within days at a very reasonable price. I will certainly call them again when my AC finally breaks down as well. Jamie inspected the old furnace and installed the new one. His team was very nice, did quick and excellent work, and were very informative. They were great to work with and prompt from the first request for inspection to completion of the job. Thanks!
