Had Arrowhead Heating and Cooling LLC out to the house for a couple projects this past month. The installed a new water heater as well as an entirely new HVAC system to replace a poorly installed system that was completely failing after only 10 yrs of service. The original system we had installed a little over 10 years ago by another HVAC installer and from the beginning, it never worked properly and continued to have issues right up until it completely failed late last summer. We contacted Thomas Jones to have him come out and give an estimate for a complete overhaul. Well, we called him this past week to schedule the job, the guys came out less than a week later, did exactly what they said they would do and along the way ran into several issues resulting from the previous install. Thomas stayed, right along with his guys for a total of 11hrs to tackle all the "surprise" issues and made sure the job was completed and correct. Cant say enough good things about this company and the owner Thomas Jones. They are very professional, very knowledgeable and are fair and trustworthy, which are two big plusses in my book.! Thanks guys. VERY happy with our new system!

My husband and I cant say enough good things about Arrowhead Heating and Cooling. From the beginning of our first call to Tom, the owner, We could tell he was professional and personable. He gave us a very reasonable price on a new furnace and air conditioner. Tom along with his team, Matt and Luke, installed our unit and air conditioner with the utmost professionalism and tremendous care. Because we have had problems with other air conditioner contractors in the past, we were concerned with the installation. Tom went up and beyond to reassure us. He explained issues that were complete foreign to us and kept us informed during the installation process. He even came back the next day to do another walk through with 2 extra filters. I have never been more impressed of how Tom ran his business. He pays attention to every detail including what unit was best for our house and the installation. He showed a great deal of respect to us as customers and treated our home as its it was his own. I would highly recommend Tom and Arrowhead Heating and Cooling over and over again. Call them, I promise you will not be disappointed. If I could give you 10 stars, I would!

Matt with Arrowhead Heating and Cooling worked on our home air conditioner about a month ago. He was knowledgeable, professional and explained everything in laymans terms. I was very happy to have our home cool again. Last week, I once again contacted Tom to have our RV air conditioner looked at. When we finally had a rain free day, Matt was able to open up the unit and catch a glimpse of some insulation in the wrong place from the roof. He was able to reach it from inside and pulled out the largest mouse nest I have ever seen!! I am so impressed with his knowledge, his ability to look beyond the system problems and see something just not right! I encourage anyone needing air conditioning or heating issues in their home or RV to contact Arrowhead. You will not be disappointed either in the work or the cost!! Outstanding!

Absolutely amazing! Not only did the owner, Tom, take the time to explain everything to me, but he absolutely made sure I got the most for my money. I got quotes from several other local companies, (Ricks, prewitt, roecker and boerger) and not only was Arrowheads price lower, but I got a BETTER system for less! I was thrilled with the professionalism of Mr. Jones and his staff. You can tell that this business, and their customers, are both something very important to the owner and employees alike.

Wonderful customer service, quick response time, they are here to help and not take your savings account. Parts were on hand and explained thoroughly the process of my issues.
