While getting my deceased fathers house ready to put on the real estate market to sell, I needed some handyman type services to complete the process. I was having difficulty getting handyman businesses to even respond to me because of how busy they are in mid summer. My realtors Home Services referred me to Tru Blue of Mason. They were able to schedule me to complete the work within about a weeks time, which was amazing in itself. Within one 5 hour work session: 1)They were able to cut, stain and install toe strip in the living room and hallway, along with staining toe strip in the 3 bedrooms to match. 2)They were able to open a completely stuck door from living room to back yard that I was unable to open, intalling and properly aligning new main and deadbolt locks. 3)Fully repair a damaged area of drywall in the back of the garage. 4)Properly cut and install a new threshold between the entry hallway floor tile and the living room hardwood floor. All work was done very professionally, with high quality standards. Finally, the price I paid for the work was very reasonable for the time spent and high quality of the work completed. I WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN! Called this company for a simple caulk removal and redo for our two shower areas. Two men came, cleaned up old caulking and laid down new caulking - I paid #150 for about an hour job. Based on their recommendation kept the area dry for 24 hours. Caulking started chipping off in 3 days. Called them several times before the grumpy and annoyed faces showed up - they redid the caulking and asked to keep it dry for 48 hours. We waited for 48 hours and the caulking chipped away again. I called, texted the guy but never got any response. I went to Lowes, redid the caulking myself and it looks fine.

I have been using Arthur and TruBlue of Mason for a couple years now. Their maid service does a wonderful job and is very affordable. I also have used TruBlue of Mason for some home repair/upgrade jobs such as repairing my drywall after a water leak and replacing my existing shower head with a much nicer purchased model. In each case they did a very thorough job at a very fair price. Arthur is always such a gentleman when I have needed his help on a project. I recommend TrueBlue of Mason highly.

Arthur and his crew, Glen, did an great job on a bathroom remodel in my rental home. They came in and listened to what I needed done. Gave me some suggestions to SAVE money and completed the job in a timely manner. After receiving a few quotations, I hired Trueblue to complete the several repair jobs with my rental home in Mason. Their price is reasonable well and Arthurs response is very fast. Since I was not in Mason, they cleaned up the house after each project and sent me the photos to show the work they completed. I am happy with them and will hire them for future maintenance.

These guys are fantastic. This rating should be five stars times two! We have used their services on two homes that we have owned and, both times, they have done an outstanding job. If you need repair work or are selling a home and have a punch list, then these guys are the ones to call. Their prices are reasonable and the work is done with excellence!

Glen and his team were on time, very professional, and cleaned up after themselves. We had some very large kitchen hardware put on our cabinets and they took the time to measure each drawer and cabinet by hand since no tool worked! I highly recommend these guys and will be calling them again!
