The store is always very clean and organized however the customer service needs some work. I have been there twice with one of their coupons and even though it was my mistake that the coupon didnt start til the next day, they still would not honor the coupon for me. Instead they honestly let me walk away without buying the product. I wasnt trying to pull anything on them I just simply didnt notice that the coupon didnt start yet. Plus the people that work there are a "fake nice" and dont make you feel very welcome. You would just think in a market like this that they wouldnt let a customer walk out without buying something when they had every intention too....

Horrible. The people who work there are so mistreated. I actually watched the manager demean the girl waiting on me. When I walked into the salon, it was like walking into a sweat shop. The stylists all stiffened up and were uncomfortable when that same mean manager walked in. I almost think they have a cage set up in back where she can beat her employees and lock them up. I cant tell you how dark and horrible that place was. Some of the girls were rude, and some tried to be nice, but it was all very tense and uncomfortable.

Got dragged here with my lady. safe to say I utterly embarrassed her as I touched everything in the store and had no clue what anything was besides my conclusion that everything here had to be made of gold or diamonds.This would explain both why it cost so damn much for a .5 oz bottle of something and why so many women are drawn here.

The ladies were pleasant. Went in to look at Smashbox makeup and wish they would have showed me what their favorite things were. Felt like I had to pry suggestions out of them. Strange, well atleast I got some good product info.. Still bought some great colors.
