Made an appointment with Christina Koch. She called immediately to let me know there must have been a glitch in the website because she was unavailable on the day I scheduled and my appointment was the same day in a few hours. She had put in that she was only available until noon...Apparently. But, i was understanding, canceled the appointmwnt and searched for another stylist. I found Pamela Nelson was available until after 6 pm so i chose her 3:15 time slot. 30 minutes prior to my appointment, as I was pulling in the parking lot I get a text from her that she isnt available....for a haircut, nothing major. At that point no one else was available and i just had to sit in the parking lot wondering...wtf just happened! I returned her text that i was already in the parking lot and got no response from her at all. Is this the way Salon Lofts allows their renters to do business?? Very disappointed today! I would rather pay the expensive pricing for a good haircut and today, nobody wanted my money.

Booked an appointment with a woman named Pamela Nelson. She texted shortly after to cancel. Firstly, why are you listed as available, if you arent going to take appointments? Secondly, if youre not going to take an appointment that was booked with you, you should at least make an effort to find someone who can take said appointment. This place is not worth it - its not a unified salon, the stylists just work individually and have no responsibility to the establishment as a whole, and therefore unprofessional behavior is acceptable. Will not be attempting to book here again.
