Its enough to get the job done although this gym has vast room for improvement. The large floor space is very confining with equipment being tightly placed together. For a gym of this caliber it should have a good quality Power Cage/Power Pack. It has none... LOL! They have far too many leg press machines and not enough of whats most important for Strength Training Muscle Building. With the right right kind of Power Cage/Rack one could Bench Press without the need for a spotter should one not be available. Falling on deaf ears... the dumbbells still do not have the weight visibly clear on them.

Terrible place to go. Try calling during business hours and it tells you "memory is full please try again later", also they took out the tanning and still want the same amount monthly. There are no added benefits to going to this gym and I have asked on many occasions for someone to return my call regarding the billing and NO BODY does. Also, being charged the wrong amount monthly on my bank statement. They have staff at the desk that has NO idea what is going on and the person to ask about the situation is NEVER there and doesnt return calls. I WOULD NOT recommend this gym to anyone!!

Staff is unhelpful. They were not willing to help me with any questions over the phone, they insisted that I email them. Gym is loaded with far too much equipment. And the owner collaborated with a gym in east lansing to transfer memberships without asking any of the members. Seriously find a better gym than this one. Terrible gym, terrible customer service. You are better off at planet fitness than this joke.

Check your credit card statement. My subscription rate doubled with no warning. It took me 3 months to notice what had happened. This happened at the gym in Lansing run, until Dec 2016, by the owner of Powerhouse Gym in Owosso. He closed the gym with no warning and then a week later charged another payment to my credit card.

The most ridiculous company in the U.S. They closed down Fitness US in East Lansing, but still charging me!!! Asked for a refund, no reply for about a month now. They now owed me $59.99!!!! BEWARE!!! Go elsewhere where there is customer service!!

Nice, clean and large gym. Great location. It have two floors, good cardio selection machines, sauna, lockers and classroom for different activities. Service 24hours but after 10pm without staff.
