Very Disappointed in Real Living John Burt Realty Office for putting my house on the market without my approval. I called Gayle Scarth yesterday and email her plus John Burt. Real Living John Burt Reality is ignoring me and refuses to take it off because I did not sign the listing agreement. Well lets see if they ignore my lawyer or the Board of Realtors. This took me 4 days of headache to get my house off the market with them. My new realtor sold my house in a week for 10k more then John Burt Realty put it on the market for with out my permission.

As a first time home buyer things can get pretty overwhelming. It can be a challenge navigating through the marketplace and even more so finding a realtor that actually cares about their clients. I purchased my first home through John Burt Realty in 2013 and was very satisfied. The staff is very friendly and the setting feels like home.
