I trusted Hany. It appears Ive made a BIG mistake. Conversation was something like this: Question-- Youre a Veteran.? Answer-- Yes, I am. A disabled Veteran, and disabled factory worker (GM) with long term disability retirement. I was 35 years old, T&Pd (Total & Permanant) as of 1990, last worked March 1987. Injuries from Active Duty 1973 thru 1976 also Mich. National Guard after Active Service. Head injury that included bone fractures in neck, back injury, both knees, PTSD and more. Question-- Where were you stationed.? Answer-- Ft. Campbell, Ky. Home of the 101st Airborne.. Question-- How did all that happen.? Answer-- Its a long SAGA.. And so was Hydra-Matic Div. of General Motors @ Willow Run.. Ill finish with this statement: If the rental property located at 24388 Powers St. Dearborn Hgts. Mich. 48125 is called Helping a Veteran then I DO NOT want to consider what Hany would consider HARM..!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW ... First flight to China 2014.. President Carter.. Ask Hany; What happened to my wife on June 10th & 11th this yr 2017 because of the conditions @ stated address.. We signed lease on May 31st 2017 began the move in on June 1st.... Began the MOVE OUT on June 7th.. Again; Ask Hany;--Question-- What happened to Xing (Alva) on June 10 & 11 2017.. Where is she now.? My question for Hany on this the morning of June 6 2017 @ 3:15 am ; -- WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE....????

An agent here tried to get me to give him money im guessing for commission. Then the day of signing the lease he calls and said he was no longer with the company. He also took my credit report and pay stubs. When contacting the company that owned the property, they did not get any papers from him and did not have a lease signing appointment even scheduled. Very fishy agent. Would stay away.

I went into this office with an open mind, even after reading a few bad reviews. Mervet was the absolute worse, first she had a bad attitude- pretty much matched her breath...the coffee was stale...the only good thing to come out of my visit there was her husband was easy on the eyes...will not ever be going back. Ever.

Unprofessional! This office & staff is a mess. The girl in the office dropped an office call twice and Mervet, the broker, was so harsh with her she ran out crying. Very scary place. I left feeling very uncomfortable. Not a business environment I would ever want to be involved with.
