john was a dual agent for his client and myself. The buyer and I negotiated the sale price on our own, contingent on appraisal and inspection. When the property didnt appraise for the original offer, I offered the appraisal price which was significantly less. John asked if I was willing to pay the seller an unspecified cash amount to pad "their loss". I told him I dont pay more then something is worth and he said " I was being unreasonable and I doesnt take a rocket scientist to know the house is worth more then the appraiser estimated it to be". The seller ended up excepting my offer at appraisal price. The seller needed to stay in the home 1 month post closing date. When I was to finally except the keys and take control, I assumed john would meet us for a formal final walk through to make sure the home was in the same condition as when I first walked through. I attempted to contact him numerous times with no reply. Very unprofessional and rude.
