They usually have a network of reputable, reliable, and trustworthy connections in all of the areas of home repair; Carpenters, Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC Specialists, you name it. A GREAT Realtor uses those connections and takes care of their clients long after the purchase transaction, and its that aspect that distinguishes the good from a GREAT. I bought my house almost 2 years ago, and with any significant issue I have not hesitated to contact my Realtor Carol Baker. She has been an absolute wonderful agent, an invaluable asset to home ownership, and reliable friend who has provided me with honest, and reputable recommendations for all of my home ownership needs long after the purchase of my home. this place is a complete joke....wasted a month working with an agent who i will not name...he/she was inconsistent, non responsive, lazy and reckless....after i complained to the "manager/ "owner"...i was treated like a liar and was completely disrespected.....never received an apology or a follow up....i wish i could give this place negative stars....if you are looking for help finding a home; run as far as you can from this place......unfortunately, google requires at least one star to be selected for post, but they deserve no stars.....

One of a kind company called and spoke to Jennifer explaining we never sold a home and was nervous. She then set a time and met and walked us through the whole process listed our home and had multiple offers right away. This is the only place I will ever go with or recommend.
