I think she knew what we were looking for in a house more so than we did ourselves and she was able to find the PERFECT house for us, in the time frame we needed. Her negotiation skills are on point and her professionalism is there but can easily go unnoticed because you feel like you are dealing with a good friend when dealing with Kate.
