I emailed regarding a property they have for rent asking about appliances, pets, and scheduling a viewing. I was emailed back a bare response from Scott Szoke about the appliances and pets but nothing about viewing. I asked again about when I could view the property to which he replied its by appointment. So I wrote back again pointing out that its the 3rd time Ive asked about viewing and he had yet to set one up with me and that his "over 25 years experience" wasnt showing. He actually responded that I should "check [my] attitude." I feel even more sorry for whomever owns the properties hes responsible for as he refuses to show to willing renters.

I would NOT recommend Vicki Ashton-Hendrixson who works for Real Estate One. She delayed and skipped over offers on our home to get one in which she was going to make double the commission representing both the buyer and the seller. Her efforts are not for her clients but for her profit. She had proof that the person that did buy the house was approved for a mortgage that would have gotten our asking price in August but was not presented to us, the sellers, until November, only because of the delay in presenting that offer initially we lost $7000.00.
