We were looking into buying a lot in an Athens subdivision that KW was marketing and we could not get an agent to return our phone calls or emails. I called the listing agent and left a message...no return call. I sent her an email and all that happened was I started getting annoying automated emails everyday requiring me to unsubscribe. I called another listing agent who apparently works with the first agent...no return call. I called the office to complain and the lady who answered the phone assured me that the listing agent (who was the second agent mentioned above) was "sitting across the room" and would dial me back in five minutes. Five minutes came and went and I never received a call. We ended up buying property in Oconee County. We didnt want to give anyone our business who wouldnt even take the time to return a phone call.

I have worked with Donna Smith Free on two separate occasions. Unlike other realtors, who truly are just working for a commission (no matter what the cost...), Donna treats you as if you are her best friend, and she wants you to be in the best home for you and/or your family. She could have easily sold me many homes, but she knew that i was settling. Both times, she was honest, gave me the time and attention that I needed, quickly returned phone calls and/or texts, and let me look at homes until I found "the one". She is a hard working and honest person.

Very poor service all around- Cory Thompson could not answer our questions. Cory Thompson was extremely hard to get in touch with. We are ready to buy a house(we lost our home in a fire) & they lost our business because there was no communication. If I could give zero stars- I would. Please consider my review before listing your home with Keller Williams Greater Athens because I am a buyer ready to buy and they dont even want to sell a house!!!!!!!

We actually detail cars for this office (Gt Mobile Car Wash) and the one thing that sticks out to me like a sore thumb is the professionalism and kindness that is displayed when me or my guys stops by the office. Im currently renting but next year is my year to buy my first house and I can already tell you I will use this office to assist my family in our first purchase. Thanks guys!!!
